Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on open and/or used products.  If you have received a wrong item, we will be happy to exchange it, as long as it has not been opened.

Shipping by Canada Post within Canada.  Free shipping on orders over $100.  For orders under $100,a flat rate of $18.35 shipping charge will be added to your order total at checkout.
